#1 The first thing you will do is tell your acne you’re the boss and that it does not have permission to make you feel otherwise. 

#2 You will book the very first $100 Acne Consultation and Treatment. This is a rather in-depth appointment where we will go over lifestyle factors, diet triggers, current medications, current skincare products, comedogenic ingredients, makeup, nutrition suggestions, a skin sensitivity test, and choosing your skin-specific skincare products. You will purchase and go home with products today and get started on homecare! I’ll see you in two weeks from this day.

#3 You will see me biweekly for chemical peels, extractions, high-frequency therapy, and LED light therapy! These biweekly treatments will help tremendously with the clearing process by clearing out blemishes that are ready to be extracted, killing any present bacteria, promoting wound healing and collagen production through LED, and helping to lift those stubborn leftover red or purple discoloration marks post-acne. This is also our chance to adjust your routine. Don’t worry, you won’t be buying new products every two weeks, you are simply adjusting the rate of use for the products you initially purchased. These adjustments are based on your current progress.

#4 After 3-5 months we will have a celebration of your progress and can most likely decide if we are moving from biweekly to monthly treatments or if we need a little more time together every two weeks. Regardless of what we decide at this point you are certainly still doing your part with daily homecare and coming in for peels, extractions, high frequency, and LED! We may even start to incorporate advanced serums into your routine. Peptides and Vitamin A, anyone?

#5 Beyond Clearing: remember this is a partnership, I am your coach and guide. Commitment and consistency are an invaluable part of this journey, don’t get discouraged as I did! This is a partnership I am fully committed to, but you have to be committed too, ok? This won’t work without you. Please know I am here for you past the point of clearing up acne. By the time you are in acne maintenance mode we are probably best friends and are totally geeking out over the advanced skincare treatments we can do now that you’re clear and in maintenance mode!
